From start to finish, this video shows how a small Creek is damed up by a sand berm with a high tide and big swell. Next, the water begins to seep over the Sand berm and form a trench. The rest of the work is done by gravity. The waves that are formed for the outflow of water are very dangerous. The people in this video are very experienced and know when the rapids are too dangerous to cross or be in. If you are ever at the beach when this happens I advise you to keep a safe distance between yourself and this body of water.
